Description/Synopsis:
Phar Lap, a big bold chestnut race horse, reigned as king of the turf in depression gripped Australia in the 1930's. From humble beginnings the New Zealand bred horse raced on to become the hero of a nation. With fame comes envy, intrigue and danger. In the quiet streets of Caulfield on Derby Day 1930, an attempt was made to kill the champion. On Melbourne Cup Day Phar Lap passed into history with yet another win. Phar Lap's fame spread to the United States. Big Red won the Agua Caliente stakes, the world's richest race, effortlessly, despite an injury. Success bred hatred. Only 16 days after the race, Phar Lap is dead. Australian is mourning. Phar Lap's death remains a mystery... but the legend remains... the legend of Big Red... Rare and outside of Australia much better known US/International version of the movie. Unlike the Australian release this version begins with Phar Lap getting off the boat and the story is told in a chronological order.

All eBay UK listings include British VAT. With the exclusion of shipments to Northern Ireland eBay collects and remits UK VAT to HMRC. A customs declaration form is attached to all shipments and the shipping documents will bear evidence that VAT has been collected. With this information on the shipping documents and considering the item values, the shipments should clear customs quickly.
Customs (EU and Nothern Ireland):
Shipments to Northern Ireland and shipments to any EU country do not need a customs declaration.
Customs (All other countries):
Whether or not you're required to pay customs fees depends on the item value and the customs rules of your country.

Unless not stated otherwise in the description the items are new and sealed. Items may be returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the initial payment (item price and delivery charges). Items have to be returned in the same condition they have been received. That means that new and sealed DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs or other media can only be returned as long as they are still sealed. By breaking the seal on those items the unconditional right to return them and to cancel a purchase expires. Unless not agreed otherwise the buyer has to cover return postage and is responsible for choosing an appropriate shipping method. When an item is faulty it can be returned for an exchange and the return delivery cost will be refunded through eBay Payments. When an item is not as described (objectionable inaccuracies being limited to region coding, available languages and subtitles) it can be returned for a full refund including return delivery cost. Please note that incompatibility with the equipment (e.g. wrong region or buyer ordered a Blu-Ray instead of a DVD) does not qualify as deficiency.
