How to instill rivet
Step1: Choosing the Right Rivets.Rivets come in a variety of materials, first considering aesthetics and whether it is prone to shifting after installation.Our products are made of steel core and easily pass through two different materials.
Step 2: Remove the rivets with a cleaning cloth or sandpaper to prevent slippage in the future.
Step 3: Always check your positioning carefully, then align the holes that are punched or drilled pass the rivets through them.
Installation
Step 1: Remove the past awning rafter rivet with drill.
Step 2: Align the new rafter rivet with the holes in the awning arm. (The grooved side is up.)
Step 3: Apply pressure to the mandrel and secure the rivets in place.
Step 4: Finished.
