Attaching to a pack:

The back has an elastic braid: thread the hip straps through this, then use the slick clips to clip into anchor points: you’ll need two, I use the webbing belt (a little tough but it works) and the loop through which the rucksack webbing passes on my osprey Exos. A webbing ladder will also work great.

Waterproofing:

This product has taped seams, and an Aquaguard zip and is made of highly waterproof DCF, so in the course of normal use, it is highly water resistant. However, it is not intended for submersion or kayaking. Like all manufacturers I would advise that you protect moisture-sensitive items with a Ziploc bag. 

About Wild Sky Gear

Wild Sky Gear was started by Skye McGregor, a British 15 year old who hiked Lands’ End to John O'Groats solo. I hiked through the winter and to keep my pack light started making my own gear and then sold some of the surplus. This turned out to be a bit more successful than I had anticipated, and now I’m constantly sewing.
