Shipping refer to the item listing for shipping times and cost, most orders will be shipped within one day after payment is received excluding weekends and holidays.
Returns will be excepted 14 or 30 days after the items is received by the buyer. The listing will indicate return deadlines. if the returned item is received damaged, opened or missing parts a deduction will be made from your refund.
-If you receive the wrong item a 100% refund will be granted once the item is returned.
