3/16" (4.5mm) small burger
1/4" (6.0) large burger
3/8" (10mm) sausage grind
1/2" (12.0mm) coarse grind
3/4" (20mm) Very Coarse grind

or the
3-hole sausage stuffing disc
Plates will be marked size #32 

Plates measure 3 15/16" (99mm) diameter

 7/16" (10.2mm) thick

Center hole is 1/2" (14.2mm)


Fits  Biro, Hobart, Berkel and others that use this #46 or size #32 size plate.



High quality stainless plates.  These plates have three notches on the edge to fit triple or single notch requirements.  Hub on one side for safe and convenient handling.
