Shock Worker of Stalin Labor Campaign badge-1940^th. Heavy white metal,enamel; measures 31.7 mm in height, 31.9 mm in width; weighs 10.1 g the screw plate is not included. This is the Stalin Labor Campaign award for railway employees. Issued in 1940th; used but in very good condition (see pictures). The badge was awarded to the best Soviet railroad workers. It was hard to earn, and it gave the recipient a special title of a “Shock-Worker” as well as numerous benefits. This original awarded badge is great addition to any Stalin Era Cold War collection !
