Payment: Payment is expected within 5 days of winning by Pay Pal or calling the store with a credit card (visa, M/C, Discover) or upon pick-up at the store.
Shipping: Shipping is typically done through USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail. For larger items we use UPS. We normally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. We do combine shipping. If purchasing multiple items please wait for a revised invoice so we can adjust the shipping charges. If store pick-up, no shipping charges.
Returns: Please email us with the reason you want to return the item. Return requests must be made within 14 days. All items MUST be returned in the same condition as sent. All shipping fees are non-refundable and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay return shipping.
