All cases of Item Not Received (INR) are taken seriously and are reported to the United States Postal Service / Postal Inspector to help reduce fraud and improve service by USPS. 

Please note that 4K UHD Blu-ray discs will not play in a standard Blu-ray player. 

Return policy is as indicated in the listing.  Buyers making false claims in order to force a return on a "no returns" purchase are reported to eBay.  Fraudulent purchases or returns are also reported to the US Postal Inspector.  If returns are accepted, items returned with missing pieces, used, damaged, or otherwise devalued will incur the maximum fee in accordance with eBay policy, generally at minimum 20%.  Returns made where the buyer accidentally or purposefully chose the wrong return reason will be treated as a discretionary return.  Return requests for one-time redemption code(s) will not be accepted and will be reported as fraud.

Due to the way transactions are completed, cancellations generally cannot be granted.  Any cancellation granted will incur a 20% fee.  Please make sure to make a wise decision before purchasing.
