Our rebuild process

 

This is a remanufactured long block. Our Engines are completely disassembled and hot tank pressure washed.

All parts are inspected and brought to factory specs. All heads are checked for trueness and surfaced or planed if necessary. All cylinder bores are professionally honed trued and crosshatched, piston rings end gaps meet factory rebuild specs. All valves, guides and seats are checked and replaced if needed. Our rebuilt engines include new piston rings, new gaskets and seals, new timing belt (where applicable), water pump seal kit, new oil filter(where applicable).

Six month limited warranty, in order to guarantee your engine, please check oil pressure before run your engine and use new fuel pump, fuel filter and air filter.

 

How to ship your core to us

 

Buyer agrees to send rebuildable core to us in one of two ways:

1.     Ship core to us first for inspection and exchange prior to us shipping rebuilt engine. You can use the inbound shipping we emailed or mailed to you for $80(48 states) extra cost or use your own shipping to send your core to us.

2.     If we have the engine in stock, pay $1000 core deposit above the sales price of the engine, we will send the rebuilt engine first.

!!! Tips for shipping: DRAIN OIL, stuff engine tight, use proper size heavy duty box. It is customer’s responsibility to pack the engine properly to ensure no damage during shipping.  We are not responsible for any missing or delay of the inbound package.

 

After core received

 

·       Upon receipt of core, we will promptly disassemble and inspect, once the core engine is deemed rebuildable core, we will ship the rebuilt engine or refund the amount core deposit paid upfront.

·       We will not ship the engine without:1. Receiving the rebuildable core or the core deposit.

·       We will notify you of damaged or non-repairable parts and any costs associated with their replacement. Please contact us first if you want an initial estimate cost based on the condition of your core.

·       We charge for remove or swap extra components and broken bolts.

·       Customer agrees to send a rebuildable core of same model.

·       Core engine of same type must be sent out to us within 30 days and be rebuildable to get back entire deposit.
