This Caprock brand quartz heater element maintains 100% compatibility with Belleco 204220 and others, but sells for a much lower price. It is not made by Belleco.

The heaters are wired in series (two heaters are jumpered together at one end), so each heater runs at 104 volts and the pair runs at the system voltage of 208V.  Two heaters will go out at a time, even if just one is no good.
