Shipping

We ship worldwide. If the shipping charge is not automatically filled in for you, please contact us and we will happily quote you. Note that we cannot send items abroad using non tracked, uninsured mail any more, due to unacceptable level of losses. Quotes will therefore always be for an insured courier, or tracked post, depending on the weight and value of the item.

For items that are being sent within the UK via 2nd class post, please allow 3-5 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us. You will usually be advised when items have been dispatched via the EBay email service.

Please note that when working out how long it will take for items to arrive, you must add together the time to dispatch and the shipping time, as not all items can be dispatched the same day you order them. We will have entered an approximate dispatch time on each listing. EBay should work out the approximate date of receipt for you, based on both the dispatch time and the delivery time.

For all items that are sent via courier, you should be able to track your own parcel using the tracking number that we enter at the point of dispatch

Note that for items sent out via courier, all of the following post codes are classes as premium areas, and as such will generally incur a £20 courier charge, instead of the usual UK Mainland Charge.

Returns

If you would like to return an item that you have purchased from Larkspeed, you must contact us prior to sending the item back in order that we can authorise the return and advise the best address to return it to.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt in which to return your item. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect "as new" condition, in order to qualify for a refund.

If an item is faulty, or has been sent incorrectly by fault of Larkspeed, then we will reimburse the full price paid including any shipping. However if you have ordered the wrong part, or simply do not require the item any more, then you will be refunded minus our shipping charges, and minus any applicable handling charge.

Handling charges may apply on certain items which are made to order specially for you by our suppliers, such as Piper Exhausts and Clutches.
