THREE Fiber washers for #12 size Hobart meat grinders.  

Will fit your auger if it has 1/2" square end.

This is the #12 size.  3/4" ID, 1 3/8" OD

Fiber washers are much more heat conductive and longer lasting than plastic

Fiber washers are necessary at the drive end of the auger.  This reduces heat build up and keeps a tighter fit between the knife and plate.  If you are experiencing "minced" meat when you grind then you may need to replace the fiber washer.
