Constructed out of polished 304 stainless steel with a black marine grade plastic insert, this rod holder measures roughly 2" in diameter x 9" high overall. Has an inner diameter of 1 3/4" per manufacturer, we measured roughly 1 5/8". Can be used on vertical or horizontal rails, and is adjustable to seat on 7/8" to 1" diameter rails.
