They are by Style&co., 79% cotton 19% polyester 2% spandex, and are machine washable. 

They have a comfy stretch waistband, no pockets in the front or in the back, are flat in the front, the tags say mid rise, jeggin, and they are a black, lightweight stretchy denim.   

The measurements are as follows:

waist - 28 inches unstretched and stretches up to 33 inches

rise - 8 inches

hips - 34 inches

inseam - 29 inches.
