This auction is for a factory reconditioned Daikin under ceiling Split Unit type air conditioner.

The buy it now price includes the indoor units, outdoor unit, remote controls and our standard fitting service including all materials.

The unit is 1 year old but is in as new condition and has been factory reconditioned, it comes with 12 months parts and labour warranty.

The "ceiling mounted" cassette offers four way discharge (4 way blow) in a unit that does not require a suspended ceiling, Daikin are one of the only manufacturers to supply these type of units.

We require 60% of the total sum on delivery of the system, the system would normally be delivered by our engineers on the first day of your installation the final 40% is payable on completion and handover of the installation. because of this we advise that you do not click "buy it now" before contacting us to arrange payment details etc.

THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM ADVERTISED HERE WILL BE INSTALLED BY OUR FULLY TRAINED AND FGAS COMPLIANT ENGINEERS

This system is only sold with installation by our qualified Fgas registered engineers.

Our company is fully compliant with Current Fgas regulations, we are registered with Refcom - Registration number 1016293 and Quidos - Registration number FGAS 2001993

The air conditioning system advertised here has R410a refrigerant gas contained in it, this refrigerant gas is fully compliant with current regulations, R410a refrigerant is termed a Flourinated greenhouse gas for the purposes of identification and legislation.

Please note that the system advertised here are only offered for sale with installtion by ourFGas registered engineers, should you wish to purchase a system for supply only, we would require evidence that the system will be installed by a qualified FGas engineer, in the form of the engineers or company's FGas registration document.

All systems are supplied with a record of the quantity in weight and type of refrigerant contained in them along with the Co2 equivalent of the refrigerant.

Included Installation Service

THE FULLY FITTED PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Supply of the air conditioning system with free delivery, all materials and pipe work for the installation of the system, we allow for up to a ten-metre run of pipe work between the indoor and outdoor unit, (longer pipe runs are possible, up to a maximum of 70 metres in some cases, additional charges apply for longer runs of pipework, please ask for details of the cost of extra pipe runs.

Travelling of fifty miles from central London is included, we do of course serve the whole of the U.K. there is a small additional charge for travelling outside the included fifty-mile distance, this is purely to cover the costs of diesel etc. please enquire for further details.

The provision of a power supply to the unit is not included and should be provided by a qualified electrician.
