  Purple Plum is indeed a purple-skinned, hardy annual radish for your garden! Firm, white flesh is mildly spicy, and almost never pithy! Requires consistently moist soil. This variety self sows freely and may be invasive...deadhead if you do not want volunteer seedlings.

  A French heirloom well loved for its striking purple color, Purple Plum was first offered to American gardeners by the Alf Christianson Seed Company in 1985.
