The pattern is Baton Rouge and signed Northland Stainless Japan. Northland is a division of
Oneida. Roses, Floral, Plumes, Scrolls very ornate pierced pattern. Originally had black accent but
MOST BLACK is MISSING. Pattern is discontinued.
