Hand Embroidered British HMS Patch
I can say this is the highest quality hand embroidered patch that I have seen. The patch is not flat but has layers that are raised,especially the crown and borders. Back is flat with a layer of black fabric.
Size is around 4 inches and I believe it is a breast or shoulder patch.
Patch is titled "Diamond"
