• Any Weight Calibration^® system* : usually after time and use, or relocation to a different altitude or gravitation, scales lose their accuracy requiring that you purchase special expensive 20, 50 or 100Kg test weights or send away for recalibration.  Not so with this new scale.   It's unique built in software allows you to use any object for which you know the weight (kg or lb) for easy and quick calibration!  This could be, for example, items purchased and weighed at the deli or meat counter, or packs of sugar, coins or cans of drink that you have already had weighed in the supermarket or on the market.  The weight does not ahve to be in whole units, i.e. could be 10.15kg, 52.73kg, 12.6lb or 300.7lb.  (*Worldwide Patents Pending)

Deliveries / Shipping

Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after receipt of payment.  Depending on size, weight of item, your location or your choice or delivery - item will be delivered by Royal Mail or courier i.e. City Link who are usually a 2-3 day service.  If you miss the delivery they will leave a card for you with a number to call to arrange redelivery.  If the item is returned to us due to your failure to arrange redelivery or collection from local depot/sorting office, we will charge you another delivery fee and hold the right to charge an additional £15-30 inc VAT (to cover the return fee which is what we are charged by most courier companies).  Where personal collections are available there is a £5 handling charge per item.
