REF: Nice example by California artist, R.J. Tilley. Based on the framer label verso.. Tilley was active from Orange County (Corona, CA) area, appears to have been active in the late 20th Century in Southern California. Signed lower left, 'R.J. Tilley". Nice bright colorist California landscape - has elements of realism and impressionist style. Would appeal to plein air California collectors as well.
