We will issue you the full refund or replacement (with an accompanying return shipping label for defective items) if you contact us within 180 days of your original purchase date. The warranty does not cover the replacement. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 2 business days of the returned item's delivery.
- For non-defective items (i.e. the buyer orders a wrong item, or if the package was refused by someone at the delivery address), the buyer has to pay the return shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any opened item.
- Please contact us before returning anything. Each return must have an RMA# or it will not be processed.
