Items returned under the 14-day return
policy must be in unopened, unused, undamaged and sealed original
manufacturer's packaging and returned within 14 business days of
receiving items. Buyer assumes cost of shipping of returned
items. The buyer's original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will pay return postage if the wrong item was shipped or item has
been misrepresented. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Shipping
*International shipments are via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Air (please note that while estimated delivery dates are 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and the international climate).
