ECS-878861 ear sponges are compatible with the following transcription headset models:

Step 1 - Repair: If a product malfunctions during warranty period we will repair it.
Step 2 - Replace: If all attempts to repair product during warranty period fail we will replace product with an equal or better product.
Step 3 - Refund: If we are unable to repair/replace your purchase during warranty we will refund you the purchase price excluding shipping/handling charges.
Free customer support during the warranty. Warranty does not include repairs made necessary by obvious abuse, damage due to negligence, fire, water, storm, burglary or any act of God.
