REF: Collectible early California artist, Eulalie Banks. Painted country scene landscape with house and girl returning home, church landscape scenes, nostalgic views of the neighborhood, California landscape - historical places. Eulalie Banks was mostly known for her illustration work for childrens books (1940s). She was known to have illustrated over fifty books for children and painted fine art in her leisure. She also painted Mother Goose murals for movie stars such as Charlie Chapman and Harold Lloyd.
