Postage information:

Every order we process is delivered by external couriers. We try to send items out within 1 working day of receiving full payment. We rely on the couriers to be on time and efficient and deliver your item in the timescale we all expect but delays can happen which is out of our control. Please bear that in mind before leaving us negative feedback for postage delays. If your parcel is delayed then please notify us through Ebay and we will do our best to track it down and get it delivered to you ASAP.

We try to send our higher value items with DPD who will send a SMS with delivery details. (This excludes Highlands, Northern Ireland and Isles off the coast of the UK)
