We've slightly extended our handling times as a precaution. This just covers the occasional slowdown from things like machine servicing, weather events, public holidays, or waiting on specialty colour requests. Most orders still leave within 2 business days. We keep it moving as fast as possible, but this buffer stops the odd delay from impacting listings. |

Depending on your topper needs, you may want to secure to toothpicks, straws, or attach fondant to the back and stick on the front of your cake. If you need some guidance in regards to what you are trying to create, feel free to message for a chat.
Postage & Handling
Postage Services offered depend on the product. Low value items are often listed with Standard Postage as it would not be viable to expect you to pay $9+ for an Australia Post satchel for an item worth a few dollars.
Packaging
While our cake toppers are made from cardstock (yay for less plastic!), we do send them in protective plastic sleeves. That’s just in case AusPost leaves your parcel out in the rain, we want it arriving in perfect condition!
If anything goes wrong with delivery or your item arrives damaged, I’m always here to help. I’m super reasonable and usually able to sort things out quickly - often replacements are sent the same day. Just shoot me a message before opening a case so I can make it right for you.

Handling Times: Your product is packed the day you order and posted, handling times will vary depending on where you are located. We use the domestic postage for smaller orders, AU post parcel & Sendle for larger orders.
