The shoulders cross over on either side of the stone, and each carries a row of three natural diamonds set in white gold, six diamonds in total. Garnet is the birthstone for January, so this makes a lovely birthday gift. The garnet measures 4.10mm x 6.10mm. The band is 2mm wide and widens to 2.5mm at the shoulders.
