Before you buy
Shipping
- Ships within 1 business day of cleared payment. Orders placed before 3:30 PM Pacific usually ship the same business day, by USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size and weight.
- Orders over $750 are sent signature required.
- International buyers: we ship only through the eBay International Shipping program.
- We do not ship to freight forwarders or shipping-company addresses; those orders are cancelled and refunded. Bulk orders from buyers with fewer than 10 feedback are cancelled as well.
- Please confirm your ship-to address at checkout. We cannot cover a package sent to an address the buyer entered incorrectly, or a package the carrier marks "Delivered" that goes missing; in that case please open a claim with the carrier.
Returns
- Problem with your order? Message us through eBay within 30 days of arrival, before leaving feedback, so we can fix it inside the return window. Support is message-based and replies within 1 business day.
- Returns are accepted for 30 days. Because we sell at low margins, a non-defective return carries a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.
- Return shipping is free when a defect is confirmed. We cannot reimburse postage bought separately.
- Photos may show an identical unit we sold earlier. Your item is the same model and condition but may carry a different serial number; a return because the serial does not match the photos is treated as a non-defective return (15% restocking fee).
- Send the item back exactly as it shipped: same condition, same contents, packed with protective material. An item that comes back used or in a different condition than sent is refunded less a deduction of up to 50%; a poorly packed return is sent back without a refund.
- Do not attempt a repair; a repair attempt voids the return policy.
Payment
- All eBay payment methods are accepted; immediate payment is required at checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your state.
- Please read the full description before buying. An order cannot be cancelled once it is marked "Shipped."
- In the rare case a unit turns out to be out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and refund you in full.
- Purchases by resellers may be cancelled at our discretion.
Warranty
- No manufacturer warranty is offered or implied on new or used products sold here; most manufacturers do not honor warranties on products bought outside their authorized resellers.
- Our prices are discounted in exchange: you get a great deal, and your coverage is our 30-day return period.
- Certified Open Box New items include a 1-Year Allstate Protection Plan at no extra cost. Register, ask questions, or file a claim through the Allstate Protection Plan link.
- iMax Prices is an independent reseller, not sponsored by or affiliated with the brands we sell.
