Any defects, faults, damage etc are clearly referred to resulting in an honest appraisal of the individual item's condition.
However should the buyer be dissatisfied in any way with their purchase or feel they have been misled in any way, then they are perfectly within their rights to contact me, informing me of their concerns/grievences, with a view to us both being able to work together in an effort to resolve any problems that may have arisen.
I offer a Full Guarantee that if, for any reason, the buyer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, they should contact me within 30 days and/or return their item for a Full Refund
