The Fjallraven M Skogso Jacket is a brilliant softshell that we've come to rely on at LD Mountain Centre. Built with G-1000 fabric, you can trust it to keep the elements at bay when conditions turn. The adjustable hood cinches down nicely to keep the rain off your face when the weather kicks up. Plenty of zipped pockets give you safe stowage for snacks, maps, or your phone when you're out on the trail.
Stretchy fabric gives a close, athletic fit while still allowing layering over a baselayer - the sleeves sit nicely at the wrist when reaching forwards. Fjallraven sizing runs fairly true with a relaxed European cut - we've found the sleeves tend to be on the longer side, which is great if you've got long arms.
