Overview
The PENTAX 6x7 / 67 Grip is the wooden hand grip for the PENTAX 6x7, 6x7 MLU, 67 and 67 II medium-format SLRs. PENTAX's 6x7 system brochure describes it as easily attached or removed with a single hand, giving a secure grip for the left hand, and the 67 manual says it provides rigid support for the camera. It carries an accessory shoe, so a clip-on flash can be mounted on it and connected with a sync cord; PENTAX also offered Quick Focusing Rings so the lens can be focused with the left hand while holding the grip.
It weighs about 223 g and measures about 119 x 70 x 70 mm.
Compatibility
Fits the PENTAX 6x7, 6x7 MLU, 67 and 67 II medium-format bodies on the left-hand side, where it attaches to the camera grip pin; it has an accessory shoe for a clip-on flash (sync by cord). Not for 35 mm or 645 PENTAX bodies.
