- Freight costs are as levied as per the published charges

- Returns will ONLY be accepted upon written approval from 4x4 DIRECT
- Returns MUST include correct documentation & a RETURNS AUTHORITY (RA) number
- Returns are ALL subject to a 20% restocking fee to be paid upon approval.
- Incorrectly supplied items or genuine warranty claims will not be subject to a restocking fee
- Returns MUST be received within 14 days of return approval
- All returns MUST be in original packaging, new unused & in resalable condition
- Return shipping MUST be paid by the buyer unless otherwise approved
- All items are brand new and covered by the published manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated.
