This is a vintage Grand Seiko 45GS, reference 4522-8000. It has a hand-winding mechanical Hi-Beat movement at 36,000 vibrations per hour and a date display. According to the seller, it was made in December 1968 by Daini Seikosha in Kameido, Tokyo. The watch is currently running.
