Gibson Kalamazoo L-4 Acoustic Guitar 1912 – Oval Soundhole Archtop, Playable Vintage

A 1912 Gibson L-4 that still plays beautifully – over a century old and going strong.

Built in 1912 with Gibson's early oval soundhole design, this L-4 has an arched spruce top, maple back and sides, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard on a 16-inch body, with the script logo in abalone on the headstock. After more than 100 years it remains solid and in good playing condition. Cutting through with a crisp, clear, airy tone and a colorful sustain unlike a flat-top, it's a genuinely characterful instrument. Since its last purchase it has only been played 10-20 times and kept stored the rest of the time.
