Moviebuff2’s Movie Room
Your movie room just got cooler.
First it controls your mind. Then it destroys your body.
This theater-style mylar features David Cronenberg’s unsettling 1983 science-fiction horror film Videodrome.
While searching for provocative programming, television executive Max Renn discovers a mysterious broadcast filled with disturbing acts of violence. His obsession with uncovering its source soon draws him into a nightmarish world where television signals, hallucinations and physical reality begin to merge.
Theater mylars were traditionally displayed in lighted signs near auditorium entrances to show which movie was playing inside. Today, they make great display pieces for a home theater, movie room, office or entertainment space, either framed or backlit.
The listing photos show the mylar both illuminated in a lightbox and without backlighting. The theater photo is included only as an example of how this style of mylar was traditionally displayed.
Lightbox is not included.
