THIS SERVICE COVERS: Diagnostic isolation and, where feasible, repair of a single standard power-delivery or PCB fault such as a fuse, shorted power-stage component, voltage regulator, power connector, passive component, solder joint, or accessible trace. The listed price does NOT include VRAM chip replacement, memory BGA rework, GPU core repair/reballing, severe corrosion, multilayer PCB damage, multiple independent failures, or GPU die replacement. Those faults may require an entirely separate quote or may be declined.

COMMON SYMPTOMS: No power, black screen/no display, fans spin/no initialization, PCIe detection failure, intermittent image, driver errors/Code 43 when board hardware is responsible, or visible board-level power damage.

PRICE AND SCOPE: Price applies to inspection and repair of ONE qualifying power or board-level failure on the identified model, including ordinary parts and labor when the failure is accepted as within scope. Not every no-display or Code 43 fault falls within this scope. Where the failure is VRAM-related, GPU-core-related, requires major BGA work, or exceeds listed scope, we stop and ask for a separate written quote; there is no automatic obligation to buy an upgrade.

IMPORTANT: Board partner and revision differ. This service does not guarantee a defective GPU die, damaged VRAM, or badly burned multilayer board is recoverable; VBIOS/software-only issues may not require board repair. Please contact us with exact AIB part number, symptoms and photos BEFORE purchasing. No laptop soldered GPUs or graphics cards with missing core/VRAM under this offer.

HOW IT WORKS: 1. Contact us with the symptoms and label/photo. 2. After confirming we accept your variant, purchase the appropriate listing. 3. Wait for intake/shipping instructions. 4. Securely ship the unit with eBay username/order reference, full model and symptoms. 5. Nexaer diagnoses the assembly. 6. We repair in-scope faults and perform the available bench checks; larger faults are quoted for approval. 7. The original unit is returned with tracking.

SHIPPING: Buyer pays shipping TO Nexaer. Standard return shipping after a successful, within-scope repair is included. Use a sturdy padded box and proper antistatic packaging. Do not send PC, accessories, or batteries unless requested.

HIGH-VALUE EQUIPMENT AND INSURANCE: Please tell us the current documented replacement value of your card before shipping. Inbound shipment must use tracking and protective packaging; we recommend appropriate transit insurance or declared value. Standard outbound return postage is included but additional shipping protection or signature options for expensive cards must be agreed through eBay before checkout. Carrier declared value is not the same as insurance and carrier claims are subject to conditions. We photograph and identify the received card and discuss any pre-existing damage.

TURNAROUND: Contact us with your exact model, symptoms, board photos and estimated inbound shipment date BEFORE buying. eBay measures the 10-business-day handling time from payment to the outbound carrier scan, including any time your card is in transit TO us. We only accept purchases that fit this schedule; if parts, diagnosis or shipping will exceed it, we must agree on a platform-compliant alternative before any purchase.

IF THE JOB IS NOT REPAIRABLE AS QUOTED: We stop and contact you through eBay. We will explain whether a separate estimate is possible or return/refund the repair order in accordance with the original agreement and eBay rules. A $65 diagnostic charge and actual return shipping are applicable only when clearly disclosed and explicitly agreed to as part of the accepted service arrangement; no surprise charges or unauthorized work.

WARRANTY: 90-day limited warranty for workmanship and recurrence of the SAME repaired defect only; excludes new faults, improper installation, electrical surge, outside-equipment faults, and unrelated damage.
