🃏 SHIPPING — TRADING CARDS & PACKS
We take care to package your cards and packs safely.
Single cards and packs: Shipped securely in a team bag and protected packaging, generally a bubble mailer.
Card lots: May be shipped in penny sleeves without individual top loaders. Lots will be placed in team bags and shipped in a bubble mailer or box when necessary.
Cards valued at $20 or less: May be shipped in a plain white envelope (PWE) with a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag.
Cards valued over $20: Shipped in a bubble mailer with a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag.
For card lots, we may omit top loaders to reduce package thickness and unnecessary shipping costs.
Please review the shipping method listed in each item before purchasing. If our stated shipping methods do not meet your expectations, we kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing.
📚 SHIPPING — COMICS, BOOKS & MAGAZINES
Comics, books, and magazines are carefully packaged for protection during shipping.
Items are placed in a protective team bag, with additional protection on both sides using comic boards or cardboard when appropriate. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer or other suitable packaging.
🎮 SHIPPING — VIDEO GAMES
All video game orders, whether tracked or untracked, are carefully packaged and shipped in a bubble mailer.
Please review all pictures for the condition of the game, case, manuals, and other included paperwork or accessories.
Any condition stated in the listing is our best estimate.
Loose video games will be shipped in a protective sleeve.
Please review the listing carefully to confirm exactly what is included with your purchase.
📦 SHIPPING — MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
All other items are packaged carefully to our usual high standards, with suitable protection to help ensure they arrive safely.
🚚 TRACKING INFORMATION
If tracking is not included with your selected shipping method and you would like to add it, please message us before purchasing or shipping whenever possible.
Tracking can be added for an additional charge. Many orders already include tracking, so please check your order details before contacting us.
💰 COMBINED SHIPPING
We offer combined shipping on multiple purchases in most cases!
Please message us before purchasing or checking out so we can confirm the best available shipping option.
If combined shipping applies, you can check out first and we can issue a shipping discount or refund where applicable, or provide a revised invoice when possible.
Tracked shipping rates for card orders:
Up to 25 cards: $8
Up to 50 cards: $12
Please contact us in advance to confirm eligibility and arrange combined shipping.
⏱️ HANDLING TIMES & DELIVERY
We generally ship the same day or the next business day whenever possible. However, please allow up to 5 business days for your items to be packaged and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping service and destination.
We are located in a rural community in Ontario, Canada, so daily trips to the post office are not always possible. We do our best to ship orders promptly and appreciate your patience.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us before opening a case. We will gladly check the available tracking information and help determine the status of your shipment.
Orders exceeding certain values will require local pickup only with no shipping options. Usually $5000+. If you're not nearby, you would need to travel to us. Local pickup can be made somewhere public.
An exception can be made if you will pay the full insurance amount.
