I believe this to be a Stanley No. 9 1/2 standard-angle block plane. The upright rear depth-adjustment screw, separate lateral lever, adjustable mouth, and hooded cam-lock cap fit the No. 9 1/2 configuration. That model beds its blade at approximately 20 degrees. The plane has brass front knob and depth-adjustment wheel, lateral blade adjustment, and textured cam-lock lever cap. Substantial black finish remains. Shows scratches, age staining. No visible cracks or repairs observed. Blade has usable length remaining, and the plane has been tested cutting wood, as shown. Please examine the photographs for condition. Blade has sweet heart logo.
