WATCH MOVEMENT

The Seiko VD53 is a popular, reliable quartz chronograph movement made by Hattori (Seiko Instruments Inc.) for various affordable watches, featuring hour, minute, center sweep second, date (often at 4:30), and three subdials for 24-hour, chrono small seconds, and chrono minutes, powered by a common 371 battery, offering stopwatch functions for 1/10ths of a second up to 1 hour.

How to use & Re-Set

Top pusher start stop

Bottom pusher re-set

Main crown

Pull to position 1 to change date (rotation clockwise)

Pull all out to 2 change hands for time & alter the correct alinement of chrono dials

Top pusher anti-clockwise pump or hold down

Bottom pusher-clockwise pump or hold downward for continuous

Bracelet

A special feature of the bracelet and rare on most is the on the fly sliding adjustment see photos

Just bush out & slide to your preferred sizing after removing screwed in links either side if needed using tool provided.
