Sailor 21K Fountain Pen with Prime Minister Engraving, Paulownia Crest and Raden Decoration

This is a used Sailor fountain pen from Japan with a 21K gold nib. The cap ring is engraved with "内閣総理大臣" (Prime Minister of Japan). The cap top has a paulownia (kiri) crest. The body is decorated with raden mother-of-pearl inlay and gold accents. It would suit a collection or display.
