RARE! 1948 Indy 500 Driver's Application for Leslie Anderson. This form was filled out by the driver. Les was a Midget and Sprint Car Ace who won the 1937 Northwest Racing Association Championship title. He also competed in Big Cars and racing along the Pacific Coast. This piece of racing history is from the
personal estate of Dick Wallen, whose amazing
collection of early racing photos, Indy 500, Midget and Sprint car
memorabilia, autographed photographs and trophies just doesn't show up
