This is a lovely green velvet button down blouse top from Toast in a size 14. While it’s in overall good condition, it has been shortened by about 2 inches at the sleeves and bottom hem as shown. One button also has a slight tear next to it but this can’t be seen when the top is worn. Made of a lovely silk blend velvet, this has a collar and a fully button down front. A lovely top, but please ensure you’re happy with its condition as pictured and described.
