Moviebuff2’s Movie Room

Your movie room just got cooler.

Up for sale is a 5" x 25" theater mylar for the 1987 James Bond adventure The Living Daylights, featuring Timothy Dalton in his first appearance as Agent 007.

Bond is assigned to help Soviet general Georgi Koskov defect to the West, but the mission soon leads him into a complicated international conspiracy. With the help of cellist Kara Milovy, Bond uncovers a dangerous scheme involving weapons, diamonds and a powerful American arms dealer.

Theater mylars were traditionally displayed in illuminated signs near auditorium entrances to identify or promote the movie playing inside. They also look great framed or displayed in a home theater, movie room, office or entertainment space.

The photos show the mylar illuminated in a lightbox and displayed under normal lighting. The additional theater photo is included as an example of how this style of mylar was traditionally displayed.

Lightbox is not included.
