.
Please make sure to fully read the description before buying - this lens takes great quality images but has inner fungus and an inconsistent error 01…
This is an example of a made in Japan series, Sigma APO (Apochromatic) 170-500mm f5-6.3 zoom lens fitting Canon EOS film and digital cameras. This Super zoom lens offers a nice close focusing design with a Super zoom range. This lens comes with its proper removable tripod ring for easy camera rotation.
This lens comes exactly as shown and is in good cosmetic condition showing some barrel rubs from use. The glass has No scratches, with inner fungus, and some looks like dried moisture under the front element (neither appear to have image affect) , minor dust, nice coatings. When tested on an EOS 6D camera -there appears to be some intermittent issues happening where the focus worked slightly sluggish at first, then worked properly in Auto focus after manually assisting the focus - then worked fine for a day and now there is an error 01. When it did work, the aperture works properly with no oil on its blades. This lens was tested on a Canon EOS 6D camera and when it was working, it took shots with very nice results - some samples below…. Listed as-is…
This set comes with its proper fitting Sigma removable tripod mount, proper Sigma black with red stitching carry case (light wear), Sigma rear lens cap and its Sigma front lens cap too.
