Delta 1748-NPLHP Monitor Pressure Balanced Tub & Shower Faucet – Brilliance Finish
New old stock / open box Delta Monitor tub and shower faucet kit. This is an older discontinued model that has been stored in its original box. Faucet components appear unused, with several parts still in their original factory packaging. Original box shows age, staining, scuffs and general shelf/storage wear.

Features Delta Monitor pressure-balanced Scald-Guard technology designed to help maintain a consistent water temperature, along with a pull-down diverter tub spout.
Includes the valve/cartridge assembly, shower head, shower arm, escutcheon/trim plate, pull-down diverter tub spout, installation hardware, instructions and other components shown in the photos.
PLEASE NOTE: The black plastic cylindrical piece shown loose in the photos is part of the valve’s installation/plaster guard. The molded attachment tabs that originally connected this cylindrical portion to the round plastic guard have separated during storage, so the piece is included loose as pictured. This plastic guard is used differently depending on the type of installation. For certain thin-wall installations, the plaster guard can be used as part of the mounting/installation setup; for installations other than thin-wall mounting, Delta’s installation instructions state that the entire plaster guard may be removed. The detached plastic piece is therefore not part of the finished visible faucet or a water-carrying component. The brass valve body, cartridge and finished faucet components are unaffected. Please review the photos and confirm suitability for your particular installation.
The original box identifies this model as “LESS HANDLE LEVER,” meaning the faucet handle/lever is not included.
This is new old stock and has not been installed or used to the best of my knowledge. Because of its age and open-box condition, please review all photos carefully for the exact contents, cosmetic condition and included components.
You will receive exactly what is pictured.
