The greeting on the front of all the cards is and will be Merry Christmas And a Happy New Year. Please note this cannot and will not be changed. The front of the cards do not change from what you see on the listing picture.
No logos can be placed on the cards, we are unable to do so, and so to avoid disappointment, it's best not to ask us.

Your personalisation is of names only on the inside of the card.
When you send your customised details in the personalised box before adding to basket/buy now please double check all your names are correct,
spelt in the correct way and that you have placed upper and lower case as you want it because we copy and paste exactly what you send to us.
If you do not provide the personalised names needed to complete the order in the eBay personalised box before you buy it now/add to basket your order will be cancelled.
Without your personalised details we are unable to complete the order and dispatch on given said estimated times so for this reason the order is cancelled.
No previews will be sent so please to avoid disappointment, don't ask.
If payment is made by pay pal - Please note if placing personalised details in a pay pal note you have to ’save’ the message otherwise it will disappear and not get sent to us,
thus leading to no personalised details being received and your order being cancelled.

Replacements only given if the item is damaged in anyway during transit, providing you can send proof of this, we post out a replacement (exactly the same as the original order) to you within 1 full working day. We do not send refunds on damaged products just replacements. So if you are needing product soon you need to be aware of this. Your rights to return the personalised goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances.
1. Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you.
2. If you have made a spelling/punctuation mistake when sending personalised details and it has been manufactured/sent.
No refunds or replacements on the supply of goods made to the consumers specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned and resold. (Distance selling regulations Act 2000).
Please be aware that whilst we would hope items will get to you within 3 to 5 working days there is a high likelihood this will take longer due to the sheer quantity of mail they are dealing with at seasonal times.
Please note no returns on personalised products.
