Barbie Happy Family Sounds of Home House Playset – 2004

Barbie Happy Family “Sounds of Home” house playset from 2004, complete with a selection of original furniture and accessories, original box and instruction sheet.

The light and sound features have been tested and are fully working.

This is not a complete set and a number of the smaller original accessories are missing, including plates and cups. However, most of the main furniture and larger play pieces are present. Please see all photographs for exactly what is included.

Included are the house and various pieces shown in the photos, including the main bed, cot/crib, bunk bed, table, bench, highchair, chair, pushchair, slide, swing and assorted smaller accessories.

Also included is the small child doll shown in the pushchair. Please note that the doll was not originally supplied with this playset.

The original fabric furnishings were damaged, so I have handmade replacement curtains and matching bedding/soft furnishings in pink polka-dot fabric. The child doll also has a matching handmade outfit.
Some extra fabric is included to make more accessories if you wish.

Condition

This is a well-loved, played-with vintage set and does show its age. There are marks, scuffs and general play wear, some slight damage to individual pieces and fading/discolouration to the exterior of the house. Please look carefully at the photographs for condition.

The original box is included but is in poor/worn condition, with tears, creasing and tape. The original 2004 instruction sheet is also included.

Despite the missing smaller pieces and cosmetic wear, the set retains most of its main furniture and play features, and both the lights and sounds are fully working.

Please study all photographs carefully as they form part of the description and show exactly what is included.
