Jacket with light edge and corner wear except for split top edge about 5" from jacket opening, no other splits, a bit of extra front jacket paper loss near top edge where the split is, a few tiny additional paper losses on back jacket, light soiling both sides of jacket.  LP stored in original inner sleeve, split on three sides about 3-4" (2 splits center, one side split along seam starting at jacket opening).  The LP is removed from the sleeve and stored in a plain white inner sleeve.  LP LOOKS VERY PLAYABLE with a faint scratch or scuff over a mostly clean surface, will grade in the range of VG+ to VG++.  It looks closer to VG++ to me, but will be conservative and provide the range as my overall grade.
