Unusual work of medical astrology which presents American astrologer, Martha Lang-Wescott's research into astrological signatures of brain tumors. The text begins with an introduction to brain anatomy along with her proposed vocabulary connecting function and regions of the brain with astrological factors. Following are detailed individual case histories in which Lang-Wescott compares the type and location of tumors with the patient's natal chart, placing emphasis on asteroids, Transneptunian planets, directions, eclipses, and what she terms the "Psyche axis." The rear cover sums up the text: "Your chart is the image of your brain."
Lang-Wescott has been working since the 1980s on the use of asteroids, Transneptunian planets, and Uranian methods in psychological, predictive, and medical astrology, and publishing under her Treehouse Mountain imprint. This compilation of introductory studies represents an early, privately circulated stage of her continuing medical astrology research. We do not find this title held according to OCLC, and we find little mention of it elsewhere.
