This concentrated ultrasonic cleaning solution is a non‑corrosive formulation developed in the UK to enhance the performance of ultrasonic cleaning systems. Suitable for both industrial and hobbyist use, it delivers deep, effective cleaning across a wide range of materials.
Designed to remove oils, grease, dust, dirt and oxidation, this solution is effective on mixed materials including metals, plastics, rubber, ceramics and glass. Its concentrated formula allows flexible dilution depending on the level of contamination, making it a versatile choice for many applications.
The solution is added to water at a ratio of one part concentrate to 10 parts water, depending on the required cleaning strength. De‑ionised or de‑mineralised water is recommended for best results. The ultrasonic bath should be operated between 40–50°C.
After cleaning, all surfaces should be rinsed thoroughly with clean water. For optimal performance, the ultrasonic bath should be changed regularly once the solution becomes visibly dirty. As with all ultrasonic processes, items should always be tested before first use on new applications.
